Prolog in Ten Figures
Proceedings of the Eighth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence. Logic Programming. Pages 487-498.
Abstract
Prolog is pre sent ed in a rigourous way, through 10 easil y understandable figures. Its theoretical model is completl y rewrought. After introducing infinite trees and inequalities, this paper puts forth the minimal set of concepts necessary ~o give Prolog an autonomous e x istence, independent of length y considerations about first order logic and inference rules. My stery is sacrificed in favor of clarity.
