Moreover, existing methods often adopt low-dimensional linear decomposition to explore the associations between features and labels. However, linear decomposition struggles to capture complex nonlinear associations and may lead to misalignment between the feature space and the label space. To address these two critical challenges, we propose innovative solutions. First, we design a random walk graph that integrates feature-feature, label-label, and feature-label relationships to accurately capture nonlinear and implicit indirect associations, while optimizing the latent representations of associations between features and labels after low-rank decomposition. Second, we align the variable spaces by leveraging low-dimensional representation coefficients, while preserving the manifold structure between the original high-dimensional multi-label data and the low-dimensional representation space. Extensive experiments and ablation studies conducted on seven benchmark datasets and three representative datasets using various evaluation metrics demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2025/575","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/575","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/0575.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/575.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/bibtex/575","volume":{"slug":"2025","title":"Proceedings of the Thirty-Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2025","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/","year":2025,"location":"Montreal, Canada","dates":"16-22 August 2025","editors":"James Kwok","isbn":"978-1-956792-06-5","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2025"},"section":"Machine Learning","track":"Main Track","number":575,"pages":{"first":5163,"last":5171},"keywords":["Machine Learning: ML: Feature extraction, selection and dimensionality reduction","Machine Learning: ML: Multi-label learning","Machine Learning: ML: Multi-modal learning","Machine Learning: ML: Multi-view learning"],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
