Specifically, FOCL allows for arbitrary quantification over actions of agents. FOCL is interesting for several reasons. First, we show that FOCL is strictly more expressive than existing coalition logics. Second, we provide a sound and complete axiomatisation of FOCL, which, to the best of our knowledge, is the first axiomatisation of any variant of SL in the literature. Finally, while discussing the satisfiability problem for FOCL, we reopen the question of the recursive axiomatisability of SL.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2025/491","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/491","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/0491.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/491.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/bibtex/491","volume":{"slug":"2025","title":"Proceedings of the Thirty-Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2025","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2025/","year":2025,"location":"Montreal, Canada","dates":"16-22 August 2025","editors":"James Kwok","isbn":"978-1-956792-06-5","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2025"},"section":"Knowledge Representation and Reasoning","track":"Main Track","number":491,"pages":{"first":4410,"last":4418},"keywords":["Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: KRR: Reasoning about actions","Agent-based and Multi-agent Systems: MAS: Formal verification, validation and synthesis","Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: KRR: Qualitative, geometric, spatial, and temporal reasoning"],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
