While most existing influence diffusion models are probabilistic, the emergence of Large Language Model (LLM) sheds light on the language-level inferences and interactions of user agents. This paper presents an LLM-enhanced Agent-based Influence Diffusion model (LAID), and a web-based visualization tool, LAIDSim, for simulating the information propagation in social networks.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2024/1007","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2024/1007","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2024/1007.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2024/1007.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2024/bibtex/1007","volume":{"slug":"2024","title":"Proceedings of the Thirty-Third International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2024","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2024/","year":2024,"location":"Jeju, Korea","dates":"3-9 August 2024","editors":"Kate Larson","isbn":"978-1-956792-04-1","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2024"},"section":"Demo Track","track":"Demo Track","number":1007,"pages":{"first":8679,"last":8682},"keywords":["Agent-based and Multi-agent Systems: MAS: Agent communication","Agent-based and Multi-agent Systems: MAS: Agent societies","Agent-based and Multi-agent Systems: MAS: Agent-based simulation and emergence","Agent-based and Multi-agent Systems: MAS: Agent theories and models"],"videos":[],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Chen et al., 2015] Shuo Chen, Ju Fan, Guoliang Li, Jianhua Feng, Kian-lee Tan, and Jinhui Tang.
