This is why the biggest focus is on introducing new neural network architectures, especially those capable of learning to learn. Recently, the Data-Centric AI Challenge was proposed by Andrew Ng whose goal was to change the paradigm and instead of having a fixed dataset and modifying the model, now the model is fixed and the data is preprocessed so that the model results in the best performance. In my thesis, I would like to focus on another approach, where I would not modify the given data nor introduce new architectures, instead, I would like to propose new ways of injecting additional information into knowledge transfer models to increase their performance.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2022/842","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/842","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/0842.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/842.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/bibtex/842","volume":{"slug":"2022","title":"Proceedings of the Thirty-First International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2022","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/","year":2022,"location":"Vienna","dates":"23-29 July 2022","editors":"Luc De Raedt","isbn":"978-1-956792-00-3","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2022"},"section":"Doctoral Consortium","track":"Doctoral Consortium","number":842,"pages":{"first":5879,"last":5880},"keywords":["Computer Vision (CV): General","Machine Learning (ML): General"],"videos":[],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Huang et al., 2006] Jiayuan Huang, Arthur Gretton, Karsten Borgwardt, Bernhard Schölkopf, and Alex Smola.
