The present situation is not in line with the UN's SDG's 10 and 16. We present Argo: a semi-automatically created vessel classification dataset focused on small boats, with the aim to enable NGOs and the public to detect refugee boats in satellite imagery. We achieve a classification recall of 91% on small ships. With a tool developed on top of the results presented here, NGOs could collect information and hold institutions participating in illegal activities accountable.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2022/728","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/728","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/0728.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/728.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/bibtex/728","volume":{"slug":"2022","title":"Proceedings of the Thirty-First International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2022","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2022/","year":2022,"location":"Vienna","dates":"23-29 July 2022","editors":"Luc De Raedt","isbn":"978-1-956792-00-3","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2022"},"section":"Demos","track":"AI for Good - Demos","number":728,"pages":{"first":5245,"last":5248},"keywords":["Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications: Sustainable Development Goals","AI Ethics, Trust, Fairness: Societal Impact of AI"],"videos":[{"label":"Video #1","url":"https://slideslive.com/38987155","length_sec":88,"provider":"slideslive"},{"label":"Video #2","url":"https://slideslive.com/38985298","length_sec":340,"provider":"slideslive"}],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Airbus, 2019] Airbus.
