Independently, epistemic modal logics in which every knowledge modality is labeled with a degree of uncertainty have been proposed. This article combines these two research lines by introducing a bimodal logic containing knowledge and know-how modalities, both labeled with a degree of uncertainty. The main technical results are soundness, completeness, and incompleteness of the proposed logical system with respect to two classes of semantics.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2020/719","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/719","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/0719.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/719.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/bibtex/719","volume":{"slug":"2020","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Ninth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2020","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/","year":2020,"location":"Yokohama","dates":"January 2021 (postponed from 11-17 July 2020)","editors":"Christian Bessiere","isbn":"978-0-9992411-6-5","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2020"},"section":"Journal track","track":"Journal track","number":719,"pages":{"first":5120,"last":5124},"keywords":["Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: Reasoning about Knowledge and Belief","Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: Knowledge Representation and Game Theory; Social Choice","Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: Logics for Knowledge Representation"],"videos":[{"label":"Video","url":"https://videos.ijcai20.org/25096/file_25096.m3u8","length_sec":232,"provider":"hls"}],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Ågotnes and Alechina, 2019] Thomas Ågotnes and Natasha Alechina.
