First, we show which values determine the adoption of Health & Fitness mobile applications, finding that users who prioritize the value of purity and de-emphasize values of conformity, hedonism, and security are more likely to use such apps. Further, we achieve a weighted AUROC of .673 in predicting whether individual exercises and find a strong link of exercise to respondent socioeconomic status, as well as the value of loyalty.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2020/656","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/656","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/0656.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/656.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/bibtex/656","volume":{"slug":"2020","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Ninth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2020","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2020/","year":2020,"location":"Yokohama","dates":"January 2021 (postponed from 11-17 July 2020)","editors":"Christian Bessiere","isbn":"978-0-9992411-6-5","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2020"},"section":"Sister Conferences Best Papers","track":"Sister Conferences Best Papers","number":656,"pages":{"first":4735,"last":4739},"keywords":["Humans and AI: Personalization and User Modeling","Humans and AI: Human-Computer Interaction","Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications: Social Sciences"],"videos":[{"label":"Video","url":"https://videos.ijcai20.org/24786/file_24786.m3u8","length_sec":266,"provider":"hls"}],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Bailey et al., 2015] Stacy C Bailey, Rachel O'conor, Eliza- beth A Bojarski, Rebecca Mullen, Rachel E Patzer, Daniel Vicencio, Kara L Jacobson, Ruth M Parker, and Michael S Wolf.
