This model can be used to formally analyze different combinations of client and server capabilities, and compare them in terms of various fine-grain complexity measures. While the motivations and the focus of the presented work are related to querying the Semantic Web, the main concepts of the model are general enough to be applied in other contexts as well.","doi":"10.24963/ijcai.2018/733","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2018/733","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2018/0733.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2018/733.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2018/bibtex/733","volume":{"slug":"2018","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2018","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2018/","year":2018,"location":"Stockholm","dates":"13-19 July 2018","editors":"Jérôme Lang","isbn":"978-0-9992411-2-7","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization","doi_prefix":"10.24963/ijcai.2018"},"section":"Sister Conferences Best Papers","track":"Best Sister Conferences","number":733,"pages":{"first":5259,"last":5263},"keywords":["Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications: Databases","Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications: Intelligent Database Systems"],"videos":[],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Acosta and Vidal, 2015] Maribel Acosta and Maria-Esther Vidal.
