The resources spawn according to the logistic model and are vulnerable to overharvesting. The robots must maintain sustainability while maximizing productivity. The foraging robots harvest different types of resources, which enable a construction robot to build new foraging robots. We design algorithms to perform robot construction, assignment, and scheduling. We propose an adaptive algorithm to overcome the problem that resource growth model is often unknown. We demonstrate that our algorithms are robust to noises in the actuation and the environment. The case where the observation noise could harm sustainability is discussed.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2016/387","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2016/0387.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2016/387.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2016/bibtex/387","volume":{"slug":"2016","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Fifth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2016","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2016/","year":2016,"location":"New York, NY, USA","dates":"9–15 July 2016","editors":"Subbarao Kambhampati","isbn":"978-1-57735-770-4; 978-1-57735-771-1","publisher":"AAAI Press / International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":387,"pages":{"first":2725,"last":2730},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
