We cover several interesting heuristics of this type by a common framework that fixes the objective function of the linear program. Within the framework, constraints from different heuristics can be combined in one heuristic estimate which dominates the maximum of the component heuristics. Different heuristics of the framework can be compared on the basis of their constraints. We present theoretical results on the relation between existing heuristics and experimental results that demonstrate the potential of the proposed framework.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/612","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/0612.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/612.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/bibtex/612","volume":{"slug":"2015","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2015","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/","year":2015,"location":"Buenos Aires, Argentina","dates":"25–31 July 2015","editors":"Qiang Yang and Michael Wooldridge","isbn":"978-1-57735-738-4","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Best Papers from Sister Conferences Track","track":"Best Papers from Sister Conferences Track","number":612,"pages":{"first":4303,"last":4308},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
