The proposed framework is, however, more general; we show how qualitative spatial reasoning about points with several existing calculi can be reduced to the realisability problem for EER (or REER for short), including LR and calculi for reasoning about betweenness, collinearity and parallelism. Finally, we propose an efficient but incomplete inference method, and show its effectiveness for reasoning with EER as well as reasoning with some of the aforementioned calculi.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/452","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/0452.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/452.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/bibtex/452","volume":{"slug":"2015","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2015","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2015/","year":2015,"location":"Buenos Aires, Argentina","dates":"25–31 July 2015","editors":"Qiang Yang and Michael Wooldridge","isbn":"978-1-57735-738-4","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Special Track on Knowledge Representation and Reasoning","track":"Special Track on Knowledge Representation and Reasoning","number":452,"pages":{"first":3207,"last":3212},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
