There has been some recent work connecting robustness and sparsity, in the context of linear regression with corrupted observations, by using an explicitly modeled outlier response vector that is assumed to be sparse. Interestingly, we show, in the GLM setting, such explicit outlier response modeling can be performed in two distinct ways. For each of these two approaches, we give l2 error bounds for parameter estimation for general values of the tuple (n, p, s, k).","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/271","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/0271.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/271.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/bibtex/271","volume":{"slug":"2013","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Third International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2013","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/","year":2013,"location":"Beijing, China","dates":"3–9 August 2013","editors":"Francesca Rossi","isbn":"978-1-57735-633-2","publisher":"AAAI Press / International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":271,"pages":{"first":1834,"last":1839},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
