We identify several natural problem parameters and study all possible combinations of 9 parameters in 6 different settings. These settings arise, for instance, from the distinction if negative effects of actions are allowed or not. We provide a complete picture by establishing for each case either paraNP-hardness (i.e., the parameter combination does not help) or W[t]-completeness with t ∈ 1,2 (i.e., fixed-parameter intractability), or FPT (i.e., fixed-parameter tractability).","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/146","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/0146.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/146.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/bibtex/146","volume":{"slug":"2013","title":"Proceedings of the Twenty-Third International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2013","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2013/","year":2013,"location":"Beijing, China","dates":"3–9 August 2013","editors":"Francesca Rossi","isbn":"978-1-57735-633-2","publisher":"AAAI Press / International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":146,"pages":{"first":954,"last":960},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
