In this paper, we concentrate on propositional abduction, where the background knowledge is given by a propositional formula. Decision problems of great interest are the existence and the relevance problems. The complexity of these decision problems has been systematically studied while the counting complexity of propositional abduction has remained obscure. The goal of this work is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the counting complexity of propositional abduction in various classes of theories.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/65","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/0065.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/65.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/bibtex/65","volume":{"slug":"2007","title":"Proceedings of the Twentieth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2007","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/","year":2007,"location":"Hyderabad, India","dates":"","editors":"Ramon López de Mántaras","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":65,"pages":{"first":417,"last":421},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
