In this paper, we present an approach to deal with sensing uncertainty at the coordination level. Specifically, robots attach information regarding features that caused the initiation of a course of action, to any coordination message for that activity. Further information regarding such features, acquired by the team, are then combined and the expected utility of the started action is re-evaluated accordingly. Experiments show that the approach allows to coordinate a large group of robots, addressing sensing uncertainty in a tractable way.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/337","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/0337.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/337.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/bibtex/337","volume":{"slug":"2007","title":"Proceedings of the Twentieth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2007","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2007/","year":2007,"location":"Hyderabad, India","dates":"","editors":"Ramon López de Mántaras","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":337,"pages":{"first":2091,"last":2095},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
