A new generic method based on the Competitive Task Model is described. Its implementation is able to calculate priorities of competing information entities, which provides a way of allocating tasks to the process operator. Due to a combination of dynamic states and information entities, it is usable as an adaptive control mechanism for attention and task allocation.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2005/309","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2005/0309.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2005/309.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2005/bibtex/309","volume":{"slug":"2005","title":"Proceedings of the Nineteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2005","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2005/","year":2005,"location":"Edinburgh, Scotland, UK","dates":"","editors":"","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":309,"pages":{"first":1713,"last":1713},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
