However, the non-existence of ideal refinement operators has been proven for the standard clausal search spaces based on B-subsumption or logical implication, which scales up to the spaces of theories. By adopting different generalization models constrained by the assumption of object identity, we extend the theoretical results on the existence of ideal refinement operators for spaces of . clauses to the case of spaces of theories.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/78","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/0078.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/78.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/bibtex/78","volume":{"slug":"2003","title":"Proceedings of the Eighteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2003","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/","year":2003,"location":"Acapulco, Mexico","dates":"","editors":"Georg Gottlob","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":78,"pages":{"first":527,"last":531},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
