Our approach uses data labeled by ground truth position to learn a probabi listic mapping from locations to wireless signals, represented by piecewise linear Gaussians. It then uses sequences of wireless signal data (without position labels) to acquire motion models of individual people, which further improves the localization accuracy. The approach has been implemented and evaluated in an office environment.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/224","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/0224.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/224.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/bibtex/224","volume":{"slug":"2003","title":"Proceedings of the Eighteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2003","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2003/","year":2003,"location":"Acapulco, Mexico","dates":"","editors":"Georg Gottlob","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":224,"pages":{"first":1427,"last":1427},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
