In this paper, we present a temporal DL that overcomes this deficieny and combines intervalbased temporal reasoning with general TBoxes. We argue that this combination is very interesting for many application domains. An automata-based decision procedure is devised and a tight E XP T IMEcomplexity bound is obtained. Since the presented logic can be viewed as being equipped with a concrete domain, our results can be seen from a different perspective: we show that there exist interesting concrete domains for which reasoning with general TBoxes is decidable.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2001/12","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2001/0012.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2001/12.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2001/bibtex/12","volume":{"slug":"2001","title":"Proceedings of the Seventeenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 2001","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/2001/","year":2001,"location":"Seattle, Washington, USA","dates":"","editors":"","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":null,"track":"","number":12,"pages":{"first":89,"last":95},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[{"position":1,"raw":"[Allen, 1983] J.
