Th e extension includes multi-modal operators that can either stand for the usual role quantifications or for modalities such as belief, time etc. Th e modal operators can be used at all leve ls of the concept terms, and they can be used to modify both concepts and roles . This is an instan ce of a new kind of comb ination of modal logics where the modal ope rators of one logic may op erate directly on the operators of the other logic .","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/97","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/0097.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/97.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/bibtex/97","volume":{"slug":"1993","title":"Proceedings of the Thirteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1993","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/","year":1993,"location":"Chambéry, France","dates":"","editors":"Ruzena Bajcsy","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Knowledge Representation","track":"Knowledge Representation","number":97,"pages":{"first":690,"last":694},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
