Both components work in close mutual cooperation. There are two modes of cross-talk between them, one where plan recognition is done on the basis of abstract plans provided by the planner and the other where optimal plans are generated based on recognition results. The examples which are presented are taken from an operating system domain , namely from the UNIX mail domain.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/65","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/0065.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/65.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/bibtex/65","volume":{"slug":"1993","title":"Proceedings of the Thirteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1993","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/","year":1993,"location":"Chambéry, France","dates":"","editors":"Ruzena Bajcsy","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Intelligent Tutoring Systems","track":"Intelligent Tutoring Systems","number":65,"pages":{"first":460,"last":465},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
