We describe a system, called FILP, which asks existential queries to the user, and is able to learn multiple predicates and recursive clauses. We prove that the learned descriptions are correct in the sense that they are consistent with the given examples. Moreover, a correct solution is always found if it exists.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/144","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/0144.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/144.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/bibtex/144","volume":{"slug":"1993","title":"Proceedings of the Thirteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1993","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1993/","year":1993,"location":"Chambéry, France","dates":"","editors":"Ruzena Bajcsy","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Machine Learning","track":"Machine Learning","number":144,"pages":{"first":1044,"last":1048},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
