We call this the Interval Calculu.3 . We consider the system of interval time units defined in [Lad86.2] (the TUS), which was intended for the natural representation of real clock time on any scale. We introduce the convex part of the TUS, and show that it may be regarded as a canonical model of the Interval Calculus. We discuss the consequences of this result .","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/91","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/0091.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/91.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/bibtex/91","volume":{"slug":"1987","title":"Proceedings of the Tenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1987","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/","year":1987,"location":"Milan, Italy","dates":"","editors":"John McDermott","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Knowledge Representation","track":"Knowledge Representation","number":91,"pages":{"first":462,"last":464},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
