This technique has been successfuUy applied to many indoor scenes and has proved faster than a previously developed binocular stereo technique, while providing more reliable and more accurate results. Moreover, the algorithm is highly paraUelisable and has indeed been paralldized, thus highly increasing its speed. Results showing the construction of the 30 visual map of a complex indoor scene are included.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/172","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/0172.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/172.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/bibtex/172","volume":{"slug":"1987","title":"Proceedings of the Tenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1987","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1987/","year":1987,"location":"Milan, Italy","dates":"","editors":"John McDermott","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Perception","track":"Perception","number":172,"pages":{"first":826,"last":827},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
