The plans are particularly suitable for desc ribing the activity of multiple agents which may int erfere with each other. Th e interpretation of a plan is given as a non d ete rministic finite automaton which exchanges messages with an environment for th e co mmen ceme nt and conclusion of primitive actions which take place over a period of time . The synchronized plan allows any and all exec ution sequ ences of th e original plan which guarant ee correct int eraction .","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1985/207","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1985/0207.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1985/207.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1985/bibtex/207","volume":{"slug":"1985","title":"Proceedings of the Ninth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1985","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1985/","year":1985,"location":"Los Angeles, California, USA","dates":"","editors":"Aravind Joshi","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Planning and Search","track":"Planning and Search","number":207,"pages":{"first":1031,"last":1032},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
