However, symbolic execution of specifications poses problems that do not arise in symbolic execution of ordinary programming languages. We describe a symbolic evaluator, named KOK0 2, for the Gist specification language, and show how it copes with such high-level constructs as nondeterminism , constraints, and reference by description.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/3","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/0003.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/3.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/bibtex/3","volume":{"slug":"1983","title":"Proceedings of the Eighth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1983","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/","year":1983,"location":"Karlsruhe, West Germany","dates":"","editors":"Alan Bundy","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Automatic Programming","track":"Automatic Programming","number":3,"pages":{"first":17,"last":19},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
