Algorithms for computing intrinsic images depend crucially on boundary c:oncli!ions, hut it is not always possible to spec ify boundary conditions if intrinsic images are computed independently. We explore two observations: (a) if intrin sic image s are computed simultaneously, the boundary condition problem is improved; and (b) boundary conditions can be computed from global parameters.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/248","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/0248.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/248.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/bibtex/248","volume":{"slug":"1983","title":"Proceedings of the Eighth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1983","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1983/","year":1983,"location":"Karlsruhe, West Germany","dates":"","editors":"Alan Bundy","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Vision","track":"Vision","number":248,"pages":{"first":1068,"last":1071},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
