Model-Based Three Dimensional Interpretations of Two Dimensional Images
Proceedings of the Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence. Vision: 3-d. Pages 619-623.
Abstract
ACRONYM io a comprehenoive domain independent modelhued syatem for vioion and manipulation related taakl. Many of ito aub-modulea and representation• have been deacribed elsewhere. Here the derintion and use of invariant• for image feature prediction io deacribed . We deacribe how predictions of image featurea and their relation• are made and how instructions are generated which tell the interpretation algorithms how to make use of image feature meuurmenh to derive three dimensional aises and otructural and opatial conotrainta on the original three-dimenaional models. Some preliminary examples of ACRONYM'• interpretation• of aerial images are shown.
