## Abstract

Sysp( Structured Symbol System Processer) is a base pr ogramming language fo r kno wle dge representation, and also a non-procedural and non-von Neumman style p ro g ramm i ng lan gua ge to the next generation. Logic prograrruning, functional programmin g , ob ,j e ct or i ented programming etc. are integrated into a simple and transparent mechanism ba s e d on th e me ssage passing computation(QA model of computation). An ov er v iew of Sysp 's framewo rk i s p resented using simple examples.
