Weisstein et al. have developed an experimental method for investigating higher-level processes while maintaining a close tie to the underlying brain structure. Here we demonstrate that because of the close correspondence between relaxation labeling processes and neural network processes, the experimental results provide a basis for the design of relaxation labeling processes for vision.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1979/131","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1979/0131.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1979/131.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1979/bibtex/131","volume":{"slug":"1979","title":"Proceedings of the Sixth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1979","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1979/","year":1979,"location":"Tokyo, Japan","dates":"August 20-23, 1979","editors":"Bruce G.
