Abstract
Recent developments in pro~amming languages for A,I. such as ~lanner (1), Popler (2) and Conniver (3) have mainly been concerned with pattern matching techniques mpplied to a relational database, Consequently little attention has been paid to the problems of multiprocessing required to operate in a real-timu onvirenment.
