Acoustic a nalysis in this system is based on dynamic spectral analysis of the speech wave. It corresponds with the function of the hearing organ expressed by an analog ·nodel of human ear. Ac oustic analysis in the AKOfill system us es an P~ algorithm but is not strictly based on accepting constant intervals of 10-20 ms; analysis does not cause inaccuracy at the level of parametrization bec a use of a considerable dispersion of parameters of particular segments. A conclusion was made in the AKORD system that a properly conducted process of se g mentation will help in solving some problems of speech wave analysis, particularly recognition and time compression. This paper attempts to choose the primary segment (microphonem) in the most optimum way and to indicate the algorithm of automatic segment a tion based on rn icrophonemes as the dynamic segments.","doi":null,"url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1975/75","pdf":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1975/0075.pdf","markdown":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1975/75.md","bibtex":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1975/bibtex/75","volume":{"slug":"1975","title":"Proceedings of the Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence","short_title":"IJCAI 1975","url":"https://ijcai.org/proceedings/1975/","year":1975,"location":"Tbilisi, Georgia, USSR","dates":"","editors":"Patrick Winston and Carl Hewitt","isbn":"","publisher":"International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence","doi_prefix":""},"section":"Speech Understanding","track":"Speech Understanding","number":75,"pages":{"first":476,"last":481},"keywords":[],"videos":[],"references":[],"license_note":"Copyright International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence."}
