Experiments with a Search Algorithm for the Data Base of a Human Belief System
Proceedings of the First International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence. Psychological Modeling. Pages 649-654.
Abstract
A large data base was collected from a human informant . The data consisted of beliefs regarding parent - child r e la t ion s . A variety of factors in searching the data base were manipulated in an attempt to discover which were the more important in contributing to estimates of credibility . Problems of data collection, data representation and a searching algorithm are discussed in detail.
